Data Retention and Deletion

We value your privacy and provide you with control over the data collected during your use of the Coherence app. Although the data collected is anonymized and does not directly identify you by name or email, we provide a process for you to request its deletion.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to have your analytics data (such as Device IDs or App Activity) deleted from our records, you may submit a request through one of the following methods:

  • Online Request Form: Follow the instructions on our contact page to submit a data deletion request.
  • Email Support: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”

Information Required

To process your request, we may need you to provide your App Instance ID. You can find this ID within the app’s settings menu under Settings > About Coherence> App Info. This identifier allows us to locate your specific data without requiring your personal identity.

Processing Time

Once a verified request is received, we will delete the associated data from our analytics dashboard within 30 days. Please note that some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law or for essential security purposes.
